將介電試驗(yàn)機(jī)的一根試驗(yàn)引接到作為一個(gè)電極的試樣的導(dǎo)體上，并另一根試驗(yàn)引接到作為另一個(gè)電極的金屬試棒上，電壓應(yīng)從零開始上升至28.1規(guī)定的試驗(yàn)電壓。升壓速度不得超過500V/s如果達(dá)到水平無擊穿，電壓應(yīng)保持在該水平60秒。

操作臺要求

1.試驗(yàn)電流、電壓（測量線圈和電壓互感器值分別顯示）、時(shí)間的實(shí)時(shí)動態(tài)顯示、擊穿瞬間電流、電壓、時(shí)間的保持顯示；

2.合閘、零位、上限、升壓、降壓、恒壓、急停等狀態(tài)監(jiān)控顯示；

3.操作界面有啟動鈕、停止鈕、急停鈕、高壓指示燈；

4.有“擊穿”，“耐壓”，“梯度耐壓”選擇開關(guān)；

5.具有“試驗(yàn)電壓”、“過流閥值”、“升壓速度”、“恒定耐壓時(shí)間”、“逐級初始電壓”、“逐級梯度電壓”、“逐級耐壓時(shí)間”設(shè)置功能；

6.試驗(yàn)電壓、電流曲線實(shí)時(shí)顯示。
